Pricing

How pricing works

Enough signal to tell what size of decision this is, before anyone gets on a call.

The diagnostic: $9,000, fixed.

We map one process end to end, rank opportunities by value, design the future-state, and deliver a build budget plan. Two to three weeks in total, paid in full for that work — a self-contained engagement, not a deposit. See the diagnostic →

Build engagements start at $30k. Most land between $70k and $100k.

The range tells you where you'll probably land, depending on scope. If your problem is smaller than that, we'll say so in the first conversation. The floor exists so you can qualify us in or out quickly.

Builds are priced as a pod, over a duration.

A delivery pod of N specialists for M weeks. That formula is what actually drives cost, it scales with scope instead of jumping between tiers, and it makes change control our conversation. Every proposal states both.

Run and improve: quoted with the build.

Monitoring, exception handling, refinement, and expansion after launch – the part that keeps a system alive in month twelve. We scope and price it once we know what your system actually needs to stay healthy. This is optional. The alternative is we hand over documentation and ownership to your team.

Why there are no tiers

Every engagement is scoped to one process and one measurable outcome, so the actual price comes from scope (the pod and the duration) stated in the proposal. This is delivery work; tiers describe products.
