Booking a working session

This site collects the information you submit through the booking form (name, company email, company name, job title, and any notes you add) solely to respond to your request and schedule the session you asked for. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for anything else.

With each request we also record a fixed label for where on this site it came from — for example the diagnostic page or a tool result — and, if you have made an analytics choice, which choice and when. These are short labels, not browsing histories, and they are never combined with analytics identifiers.

Picking a time (Cal.com)

The calendar on the booking page is provided by Cal.com. It loads only when you choose “Load calendar” or open it in a new tab. From that point Cal.com processes the booking details you enter under its own privacy policy and may set cookies needed to run the scheduler. Loading the calendar is independent of the analytics choice below, and you can always use the form instead.

Analytics and cookies

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand which pages, case studies and tools lead to conversations. Analytics is off until you choose “Accept analytics” in the notice, and it stays off if you reject it or make no choice. Everything on the site works either way.

When analytics is on, we send Google the page you are viewing (as a fixed label, without any query string), the previous page or the site you arrived from, and a small set of events: that a tool was started, produced a result, or was copied, saved or shared; that a booking control was used; that a booking request was accepted; and that an embedded calendar booking was confirmed. We never send what you type into the tools or forms, any tool result, your name, email, company or job title, booking times or identifiers, or the contents of error messages. Google Analytics sets its own cookies on this site to recognise a returning browser. We do not use advertising features, Google Signals, remarketing or cross-site tracking, and we do not share analytics data with other advertising services.

Google processes this data on our behalf under Google's terms for partner sites. We keep event-level analytics data for 14 months. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time using in the footer; withdrawing stops future collection and removes the analytics cookies this site set.

Cookies this site sets

AI X-Ray

While you fill in the X-Ray, your unfinished answers are kept in your own browser for up to 24 hours so you can come back to them; they are sent to Keen only when you select “See my read”. We then keep the workflow description, your answers and the resulting read for 12 months to produce the read and improve the tool. Do not include names, credentials, health or financial-account data, or confidential client information.

If you request a meeting from your result, we link the assessment to the contact details you provide so we can prepare, and we tell you so before you submit. You can delete a stored assessment from the result screen using the deletion control shown there; deleting removes the description and answers and unlinks any meeting request. Aggregate, description-free usage counts may be retained.

Job to Workflow

Use public job listings or examples you wrote for testing. Remove contact details, personal records, confidential information and credentials before submitting. This tool is not intended for confidential or non-public material.

Your pasted text is sent to our server, through Vercel AI Gateway, and to OpenAI to generate the analysis. Keen processes the text and result temporarily and does not save them to a database, application logs, analytics, URLs or lead records. SDK telemetry is disabled, model training is disallowed, and model response storage is disabled.

These settings do not guarantee zero retention by the service providers. OpenAI may retain content for abuse monitoring under its applicable policies. Read OpenAI’s API data controls and Vercel AI Gateway’s security information.

Hosting and security services process request metadata, including IP addresses, to operate the site and limit abuse. This is separate from the job-description text and generated result.

Copy Summary, Save as PDF and Share let you save or share the summary yourself. Sharing does not create a stored result link. Booking a session from the tool sends a fixed referral label; it does not attach your job description or analysis.
